and goal. AI Calorie Counter & Deficit calculates your daily calorie target and deficit for you.
– Your dashboard shows today’s calories eaten, your deficit, and your
progress. Use the date strip at the top to view other days.
– You can change your goal anytime from Settings, then My Goals.
2. Logging Food
You can add food in three ways:
– Search: tap Add Food, type a food name, and pick a result. Adjust the
quantity and meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack), then save.
– Scan Barcode: tap Scan Barcode and point your camera at a product
barcode to look up its nutrition.
– Snap Meal: tap Snap Meal to take or choose a photo of your meal and get
an estimated nutrition breakdown.
To edit or delete a logged food, tap the entry on your dashboard, change
the details, and update, or use the delete icon.
3. Water, Weight, and Exercise
– Water: track your daily water intake in ml or fl oz and set a goal.
– Weight and Measurements: log your weight and body measurements to see
your BMI and progress over time.
– Exercise: add workouts to account for calories burned. You can create
custom exercises too.
4. Insights and Streaks
– Insights (Your Trends) shows your calorie and macro history over 3, 7,
14, 30, 90, or 180 days.

keep your streak going.

- You can delete individual food logs, water logs, weight entries, and measurements directly within the App.
